Greetings all,

Just wanted to let you know I will be throwing a little festival at my  
house in honor of FINALLY being done with PhD studies.  Hope you can  
make it.  It's an all day event on Sunday May 18th, starting around  
noon, though I will most likely be starting around 9-9:30.  If you  
want to see me alert and lucid, you should plan on coming early.   
After, say, 5PM, I cannot guarantee coherent responses to any  
questions ... unless of course they are wine related in which case I  
have the remarkable ability to shut down blood flow to the rest of my  
body to allow for a thorough and stimulating discussion on all things  
wine.

I've attached the map to my house.  Note the proximity to URI.  I just  
can't seem to tear myself away from that place.

There is no need for anyone to bring anything.  Though if you have a  
particular favorite beverage that is somewhat obscure, like Pink  
Squirrels or Grasshopers, you'll need to bring that.

Feel free to pass this invite along to anyone you think might be  
interested in stopping by.

I'm selling my mom's 1998 Ford Contour with approx. 115,000 miles. Asking
$1250.00 O.B.O. as is.

A few notes: replaced transmission, new battery, new rear brakes,
inspected through July, 2009. Power windows, power locks, ABS brakes,
cruise control, AC, stereo radio and tape deck. Good trend on tires.

Good condition. My mother drove this car around Newport. Not much highway
mileage on it. Two owners, my sister and then my mother. She kept it in
very good condition (inside and out). If you are interested, please send
me an email or come and see me for more details.

The car will be available sometime in Mid-July.

Sorry to disturb you. This email is calling for kind prayers for lives  
being lost in China May 12 earthquake and donations for the ongoing  
rescue efforts.

As you might have heard, a massive 7.9-magnitude earthquake hit  
southwest China two days ago. Many cities have been almost completely  
wiped out by the earthquake. Up the end of 48 hours, the death toll is  
14463, 25788 people are still buried under debris, even more people  
are missing. Thousands of school children, the only child in their  
families, have lost their lives or families.

We need prayers for the people in China. Please pray for the rescue  
efforts to succeed, pray for the people who have lost their loved ones  
during the disaster, pray for the safety of everyone there. Let's
